In an effort to convince Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) to endorse Donald Trump, vice presidential candidate Mike Pence reportedly claimed Trump is "a different guy in private than he is shown in public."

Speaking on CBS Sunday, Flake recounted a positive meeting with Pence but said so far, he isn't swayed. "I have yet to see Donald Trump change positions he needs to change, and particularly change the tone and tenor of the debate," he said, adding that he hopes to support the nominee though it is "increasingly difficult to see that he's going to make the changes that he needs to."
