These 1,007 happy little robots dancing in unison may give you nightmares

1,007 robots dance in unison in China, setting new Guinness World Record

Yes, the 1,007 little robots that danced in unison together for 60 seconds at China's Qingdao Beer Festival last week set a Guinness World Record for the most robots dancing simultaneously. (Sorry UBTECH Robotics Corp., your record of 540 synchronized dancing robots has been shattered.) But what's almost as amazing, and nearly as creepy, is that all 1,000-plus 17-inch-tall robots were controlled with one smartphone. Anyway, congratulations Ever Win Company & Ltd: You set a new world record, and found a way to upstage the beer at "the Asian Oktoberfest." You can watch our future robot overlords dance in near-perfect harmony below. Peter Weber
