This mesmerizing $680,000 watch has a planetarium inside it

Here's a wristwatch that'll make a Rolex look unassuming. Crafted by Manhattan jeweler Jacob & Co., the Astronomia Sky (about $680,000) is a timepiece planetarium that employs 395 moving parts to re-create the movements of the Earth, moon, and stars. The globe rotates atop a central axis, while a tourbillon, clock face, and glittering crystal moon orbit along slender spokes. Most impressive, though, is the one-of-a-kind sidereal star chart, which "rotates imperceptibly to account for the orbit of the Earth around the sun that differentiates a sidereal day (23 hours, 56 minutes, 4.1 seconds) from a solar day," says James D. Malcolmson at RobbReport.com.
Did we mention that it tells time?
