Is this the beginning of Donald Trump's strategy to contest the election?

Donald Trump's campaign has filed a lawsuit against Joe P. Gloria, the registrar of voters in Clark County, Nevada, on the grounds that Las Vegas area voters were allowed to continue casting their ballots "two hours beyond the designated closing time."

The lawsuit alleges Gloria made the decision to permit after-hours voting, but the county government says it did not extend voting hours at any polling places. Rather, voters who were in line by the time polls closed were permitted to vote, as is standard practice.
