Donald Trump sat down for an interview with 60 Minutes that aired Sunday night, and Stephen Colbert used his CBS connections to borrow some of that footage to splice together his own Trump interview to kick off Monday's Late Show. From "Caligula's man cave," Colbert asked Trump a series of questions, starting with: Has Trump spoken with Russian President Vladimir Putin? Yes, Trump said. "I also understand he sent you a large wooden horse as a victory gift, is that true?" Colbert asked, reprising one of Trump's favorite historical allusions from the campaign trail. "It is, it is so big, it is so enormous," Trump replied. "Have you thought about looking inside the horse to see if there's anything in it before you open the gates and bring it into America?" Colbert asked. Watch that exchange and more below. Peter Weber
