Trump's new anti-drug slogan: 'No good, really bad for you'
At a briefing Tuesday on the nation's opioid crisis, President Trump offered some groundbreaking words of wisdom. To prevent overdoses, Trump suggested it's just a matter of telling America's youth, "No good, really bad for you." "If they don't start it'll never be a problem," Trump said, per Bloomberg's Jennifer Jacobs.
Aside from echoing the slogan of the teen drug prevention campaign D.A.R.E., Trump also called for increased drug prosecutions and more law enforcement involvement. Trump described opioids as a "tremendous problem in our country" and vowed that "we are going to get it taken care of as well as it can be taken care of."
