Anthony Scaramucci disagrees with Stephen Bannon, says 'there's nobody less treasonous than Don Jr.'
Stephen Bannon, President Trump's former campaign CEO and chief strategist, told Michael Wolff in the upcoming book Fire and Fury that Donald Trump Jr. was "treasonous" and "unpatriotic" when he set up a meeting in Trump Tower with Kremlin-linked Russians promising damaging information on Hillary Clinton. Anthony Scaramucci, who was Trump's communications manager for 10 days in August, disagreed Thursday on ABC's Good Morning America. "There's nobody less treasonous than Don Jr., there's nobody more patriotic," Scaramucci told George Stephanopoulos.
The Mooch, who says he may be headed back to the White House, later amended his statement to concede that President Trump may be more patriotic and less treasonous than his eldest son.
