When President Trump and Kim Jong Un kicked off their summit in Singapore with a one-on-one meeting, Trump brought along his iPad to show Kim a fake movie trailer put together by the White House.

The four-minute clip shows scenes from North Korea, the United States, and important historical and cultural sites around the globe, with a classic Hollywood voiceover inviting Kim to change history. Now is North Korea's chance for a "new story, a new beginning," the trailer says. "One of peace. Two men, two leaders, one destiny. A story about a special moment in time, when a man is presented with one chance which may never be repeated. What will he choose? To show vision and leadership? Or not?"

Midway through, the scenes turn dark, with black and white footage of war and destruction illustrating what will happen if Kim chooses wrongly. But it ends on a high note, envisioning Kim, who presides over a brutal regime, as "the hero of his people" who will "shake the hand of peace" and "shine like the sun." Watch the full trailer below.
