Dinesh D'Souza says Martians wouldn't be able to tell if Ilhan Omar was on the side of 9/11 victims or perpetrators

Conservative political commentator and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza did what he does best on Tuesday evening — stirred up even more drama amid an already drama-filled situation.
Appearing on Laura Ingraham's The Ingraham Angle on Fox News, D'Souza put the patriotism of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) under a magnifying glass. He was responding to Omar's recent comments about the September 11 terrorist attacks, which some believe downplayed the tragedy of the event.
D'Souza, though, didn't just critique Omar's words. He said that if a reasonable person — specifically, a reasonable person from Mars — was listening to Omar speak, they "would not be able to tell if she was on the side of the victims of 9/11 or the perpetrators."

D'Souza claimed suspicions of Omar's anti-Americanism have a legitimate foundation. He also criticized Democrats for trying to turn President Trump into the "bad guy" after Trump tweeted graphic footage of the attacks edited together with clips of Omar's comments. Trump also doubled down on Tuesday when he said that Omar has "a way about her that's very, very bad." The president's attacks on the congresswoman have continued despite reports of her receiving death threats.
