Trump officially bails on holding G7 at his golf club, says it'll be at Camp David

The world's leaders can say goodbye to a Florida vacation.
President Trump has dropped his push to hold next year's G7 Summit at his Doral golf club in Miami. After controversy surrounding how he'd inevitably benefit from hosting the international event even if the resort put it together it at cost, Trump announced Tuesday that it'll be held at Camp David instead.
After a few months of reports indicated the G7 was headed to Doral, acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney announced the rumors were true. That announcement was largely overshadowed by Mulvaney's admission of a quid pro quo with Ukraine, but it didn't stop critics from saying a G7 at Doral would essentially be a free, world-scale advertisement for the failing resort. So Trump revoked the decision a few days later, and after two months of suspense, announced his final decision Tuesday.
