House Democrats' new impeachment report accuses President Trump of having abused his power while seeking politically-motivated investigations from Ukraine and engaging in "an unprecedented campaign of obstruction."

The report released by the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday comes after the panel concluded its recent public hearings in the impeachment inquiry, which has focused on whether Trump improperly pressured Ukraine to conduct investigations that he thought would benefit him politically.
