Trump out golfing as the race is called for Biden


As the major news networks declared Pennsylvania, and thus the presidential race, for Democratic nominee Joe Biden late Saturday morning, President Trump was out to play golf.
Trump has no plans to concede, CBS News notes.
About a half an hour before he was declared lame-duck, Trump tweeted that he won.
