Man bites head off snake while asleep
A man has been hospitalised in India after biting the head off a snake that slithered into his mouth while he was sleeping. The man, identified only as Raghuvanshi, a resident of Kulkarni Ka Bhatta, was woken by his mother who found him "asleep and covered in blood". He told her he had felt like he was chewing on something in his sleep and then discovered the headless snake on the floor by the bed. He was taken to hospital and is recovering after vomiting up the snake's head and being treated with anti-venom.

Man steals 300,000 pennies from his boss
A Pennsylvania man is accused of stealing about 300,000 pennies from his employer after a massive drum that his boss had used as a "spare change box" for years mysteriously went missing. Police were called to investigate and allegedly found a trail of footprints – and pennies – leading to where 34-year-old Robert Napolitan usually parked his car. Officers searching the vehicle found an unusually large number of pennies, at which point he confessed and was arrested and held on $50,000 bail.
