Jared Fogle, the former spokesman for the Subway restaurant chain, is expected to plead guilty on Wednesday to possession of child pornography charges, sources told FOX59 in Indianapolis.

The U.S. Attorney's office will discuss the charges and deal during a press conference Wednesday afternoon, the sources said. In July, federal agents raided his home in Zionsville, Indiana, with FBI sources saying they served warrants in connection with a child pornography investigation. Several DVDs and computers were seized from the house. The former director of Fogle's Jared Foundation, Russell Taylor, was arrested earlier this year, accused of possessing and producing child pornography, FOX59 reports. Investigators said they found more than 500 images of child pornography inside Taylor's home. Fogle's attorney, Ron Elberger, had no comment on the plea deal
