Vladimir Putin weighs in on Donald Trump: 'Talented, without any doubt'

Russian President Vladimir Putin offered glowing praise of Donald Trump on Thursday, telling ABC News that the Republican frontrunner is "a very colorful person. Talented without any doubt." However, Putin's comments weren't exactly an endorsement, either. "It's not our affair to determine his worthiness. That's up to the United States," Putin said.
