Has Sean Hannity already doomed Congress' shutdown agreement before it's even official?

Hannity on his show Monday night responded to a report from Politico citing Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Richard Shelby (R-Ala.) as saying Congress had reached an "agreement in principle" to avoid another government shutdown. This agreement reportedly includes $1.3 billion for physical barriers, but not the $5.7 billion for a wall President Trump has wanted.

The Fox News commentator slammed this as a "so-called compromise," adding that "any Republican that supports this garbage compromise, you will have to explain," per Mediaite. Earlier in the show, Hannity had confidently predicted that Trump "will veto this" and declare a national emergency.
