Shoes de luxe: Gentleman Jim
As the new face of Jimmy Choo menswear, rakish urbanite James Jagger brings brooding good looks and a rebel style to his debut campaign
We've seen that unmistakeable pout before, but the son of legendary Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger and Texan supermodel Jerry Hall has an aura of effortless cool that is all his own.
Musician and Vinyl actor James Jagger is the latest celebrity to front a Jimmy Choo men's campaign - and the luxury brand's creative director, Sandra Choi, is delighted to have him on board for autumn/winter 16.
"The fall campaign is a reflection of the character of the Jimmy Choo man for now and into the future," Choi says. "James Jagger embodies the rebellious gentleman spirit of the Jimmy Choo man and was the perfect choice. He has an innate confidence and combines a clever wit with the charm of a true gentleman."

In images shot by acclaimed photographer Craig McDean, Jagger projects the edgy, urban-romantic mood of the autumn/winter campaign with a dash of bad-boy bohemian flair.
Sarah Richardson, who has worked with some of the world's leading fashion labels and publications, styled the shoot. She teamed classic Jimmy Choo looks, such as black leather loafers and crocodile-embossed high-top sneakers, with a charcoal suit and eveningwear, along with more swashbuckling options, including the lace-up Kurt boots - Jagger's favourite - and studded slip-on shoes in moss green.
With rock attitude running through his veins, it's not surprising to hear Jagger admit he's always been drawn to what he terms "outlawish style", citing fellow musicians Nick Cave, Miles Kane and David Bowie as his style icons.
"I'd like to say I try and go for an effortless style," he says. "I'm always dressing pretty dark, metropolitan, gloomy, maybe a little playful and influenced by London. Jimmy Choo really suits me and my style."
