As Season 1 of this crime drama ended, a Seattle councilman was under arrest for the murder of teenager Rosie Larsen, and homicide detective Sarah Linden was hanging up her badge—before a last-minute twist. The new season’s premiere hints at a cover-up, generating intrigue as murky as the episode’s unremitting rain. Mireille Enos leads the talented cast. Sunday, April 1, at 8 p.m., AMC
