A Texas TV preacher is being sued by an employee for failing to live up to “the highest standard of Christian behavior.’’ Jeanette Hawkins says the Rev. Marcus Lamb committed fraud by assuring her that she’d be working in a Christian environment. Lamb recently admitted he’d been cheating on his wife, causing Hawkins “severe mental anguish.” She is now demanding compensation.

U.S. high school students are increasingly reluctant to shower after gym class and sports, school officials report. Sensitized by the general erosion of privacy in the Internet age, most students douse themselves in body spray and shower at home. Group showers are “way too weird,” said Adrian Alequin, 16, of Florida. “I don’t want to see another guy like that.”
