1. Adele warns she'll "kill you" if you throw things at her

Throw something at Adele and she won't go easy on you. During one of her Las Vegas shows, the "Hello" singer commented on the disturbing recent trend of concertgoers throwing objects at musicians on stage, warning her fans that they better not try any funny business with her. "Have you noticed how people are forgetting f--king show etiquette at the moment and people are throwing s--t on stage?" she asked. "Have you seen them? I f--king dare you. I dare you to throw something at me and I'll f--king kill you!" Victims of these attacks have included Bebe Rexha, who was hit in the face with a phone while performing, and Kelsea Ballerini, who was recently hit by a bracelet. As Adele was saying all of this, she was operating a T-shirt cannon, and just after shooting into the crowd, she jokingly declared, "Stop throwing things at the artist when you can shoot things to people!" Don't give them any ideas.

2. Tom Cruise plans to keep making "Mission: Impossible" movies until he's 80

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to get your hip replaced. Tom Cruise told the Sydney Morning Herald he has no plans to retire the "Mission: Impossible" franchise anytime soon and, in fact, hopes to still be playing Ethan Hunt when he's 80. This came up while Cruise, 61, was praising 80-year-old Harrison Ford for still making "Indiana Jones" movies. "Harrison Ford is a legend; I hope to be still going; I've got 20 years to catch up with him," Cruise said. "I hope to keep making 'Mission: Impossible' films until I'm his age." This is despite the fact that "Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part Two," the follow-up to this month's "Part One," was planned as the "sendoff" for Cruise's character, per Variety. Still, director Christopher McQuarrie recently confirmed to Fandango that "Dead Reckoning" won't end the franchise. To be fair, if Ethan Hunt is the American version of James Bond, what could be more American than being unable to retire?

3. Meghan Trainor and Daryl Sabara welcome 2nd child

We spy a new kid. Meghan Trainor and "Spy Kids" star Daryl Sabara have welcomed their second child together. She shared the news on Instagram, posting some adorable photos of their newborn son, whose name is Barry Bruce Trainor. "He was a big boy at 8lbs 7oz...and sideways (transverse), but we had an amazing, successful c-section, and I finally got my skin to skin time!" Trainor said. "Thank you to all of the incredible doctors and nurses who took such great care of us." Trainor also shared that their son was born on July 1, the seven year anniversary of their first date. Trainor and Sabara have been married since 2018, and they welcomed their first child in 2021. She confirmed her second pregnancy in January, telling People, "I'm halfway there — I want four kids!" Trainor dropped a new single in March titled "Mother," which she wrote in response to claims "that having a baby would end my career."

4. Harrison Ford brutally mocks Conan O'Brien for podcast notes

This clip of Harrison Ford roasting Conan O'Brien belongs in a museum. The "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" star's appearance on the "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend" podcast took a hilarious turn when the actor began brutally mocking O'Brien for his interview prep. After Ford corrected O'Brien for stating his father was "German-Irish," the comedian pointed to his notes that clearly stated Ford was born "to an Irish/German father," leading the actor to playfully chastise O'Brien for the "quality of your research." Ford then continued laying in by glancing at O'Brien's notes and observing, "Right there, it says Harrison Ford, and then you had to write down 'Han Solo.' You can't f--king remember that?'" O'Brien ran with that by joking that he saw the "Star Wars" movies and doesn't think Ford was very memorable in them, leading Ford to ask, "How come you're not still on television?" With friends like these, who needs an enemy?

5. Daniel Radcliffe isn't seeking out a role in the "Harry Potter" show

Daniel Radcliffe is ready to pass the wand — just not on screen. The actor told ComicBook.com he doesn't expect to have a role of any kind in the upcoming "Harry Potter" TV series, which will re-adapt the original books on Max with a new cast. Because "they're trying to very much start fresh," Radcliffe said the new creators likely won't "want to have to figure out how to get old Harry to cameo in this somewhere." He added that he's "definitely not seeking [a role] out in any way," but he wishes the show "all the luck in the world, and I'm very excited to have that torch passed. But I don't think it needs me to physically pass it." Radcliffe separately told Access Hollywood that "it would be very weird for me to show up" given there will be a new Harry in the series. Best of luck to the cursed child who takes on that role in this slightly cursed franchise.
