1. Carrie Underwood won't host the CMAs in 2020

After 12 consecutive years of carrying the Country Music Awards, Carrie Underwood has finally vacated the spotlight. On social media, Underwood announced that she'll be stepping down from hosting the Country Music Awards in 2020. In a statement, Underwood said it's time to "pass the hosting torch" — because saying it's time to let another host "take the wheel" would have been a little too on the nose.

2. This is the last day you can watch Friends on Netflix

We're just 24 hours away from the moment when Netflix and the '90s sitcom Friends — reportedly one of the most-watched shows on the streaming service — will go on a break. Netflix lost the rights to the popular sitcom to the upcoming streaming service HBO Max, which will debut, with all 10 seasons of Friends available to stream, in May. They'll also have plenty of other stuff — but if we've learned anything from this saga, it's that Friends super-fans are only interested in one show anyway.

And come on, they're probably just making assumptions, because… wait. The song is actually called "Wrong Direction"? Yeah, we're gonna have to side with the fans on this one.

4. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Clint Eastwood went skiing together

It's not quite The Expendables, but a group of skiers got a glimpse of one wild crossover when Arnold Schwarzenegger and Clint Eastwood hit the slopes together — which, frankly, is already a perfect pitch for a new action movie. Schwarzenegger shared a picture of the trip along with a challenge: "Name a more iconic duo. I'll wait." (Nobody tell Stallone, we wouldn't want his feelings to get hurt.)

5. The Uncharted movie lost another director

The popular video game series Uncharted, which is basically just a playable version of Indiana Jones, seems like a ripe choice for a blockbuster movie adaptation. But while Sony is still determined to move forward with an Uncharted movie starring Tom Holland, the studio just faced another setback: Director Travis Knight has quit the film over scheduling problems, making him the sixth director to bail on the movie. Maybe it’s time to rewrite the Uncharted movie so it’s about Holland trying to solve the curse of why no one can make an Uncharted movie.
