Reported sightings of the Loch Ness monster are up, with the mysterious creature having been spotted twice in five days. A committed Nessie hunter from Ireland says he saw the monster on an official webcam. Just days earlier, a woman from Manchester said she noticed it while driving with her partner, Danny. “Danny didn't see anything as he was driving,” she explained, “but he said my reaction to what I saw was very convincing.”

Jesus Christ is portrayed as a cold-blooded killer in new comic book which is certain to cause controversy. The book, called Jesusfreak, depicts a muscular Messiah aggressively beheading enemies with a whirling sword. The promotional blurb explains that Christ is “having some trouble adjusting to the violent world around him”.
