United to reject Rashford offers
Manchester United are “determined” to keep Marcus Rashford and will reject any transfer bids for the striker this summer. The 20-year-old has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford, but sources say that “any approach would be unwelcome”. (ESPN)

The 29-year-old Brazilian said: “I like to play for Chelsea. On the pitch I want to do my best always to fight until the last minute. To do my best for this club. To continue to win titles because this club deserves always to win titles. I think we have to continue to improve for next season. To improve ourselves. To think about what we did well, what we did not [do] so well and to try to make something different next season.” (Daily Mirror)
Kenedy: Chelsea to Newcastle United
Newcastle manager Rafael Benitez is “extremely keen” on signing Chelsea loanee Kenedy on a permanent basis this summer, but faces a major battle for the Brazilian’s signature. It’s reported that the 22-year-old is also wanted by Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham. (Northern Echo)

Premier League news and talking points
Kane is awarded a goal – and then mocked on Twitter by rivals
The Premier League has awarded Tottenham’s second goal against Stoke City to Harry Kane. Christian Eriksen was originally credited with the strike, but Kane appealed after claiming that he got the final touch. When the decision was announced, Kane’s Golden Boot rival Mohamed Salah had his say on Twitter. The Liverpool star tweeted: “Wooooooow really?”. And Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy also tweeted a number of emojis. Salah currently has 29 goals in the Premier League this season, with Kane now four behind on 25. (Metro)
Could United become homeless?
Manchester United’s plan to increase Old Trafford’s capacity from 76,000 to 90,000 could leave them “homeless”, a club director has said. Building an extra tier on the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand would be an “engineering challenge” and could take a number of seasons. United’s managing director Richard Arnold said: “We haven’t left the easiest stand until last. The Sir Bobby Charlton Stand is the last unexpanded stand. There’s not much space on either side of the stand meaning that it’s a very complex engineering challenge. It would be a multi-season challenge and it isn’t certain there’s a way of doing it which doesn’t render us homeless.” (Daily Mail via the South China Morning Post)
