However, the Liverpool Echo reports that the claims are “wide of the mark” and the Reds are “not considering a bid for the 25-year-old at present”.
As well as Liverpool’s rumoured interest, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea have also been linked with the highly-rated keeper.
Yerry Mina: Barcelona to Everton
Colombia World Cup defender Yerry Mina is again linked with a move from Barcelona to Everton. It was claimed that a deal was almost done for the 23-year-old, but according to his agent and uncle he has not agreed to sign for the Toffees. Yair Mina said: “It is not true that Yerry has signed for Everton. Yerry has many teams who hold an interest in him but before we can think about that, we need to know what Barcelona plan to do. When we hear from the club, we will make a decision.” (Sky Sports)
Jean Michael Seri: Nice to Fulham
Newly-promoted Fulham have pulled off a transfer coup by signing Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri. The Ivory Coast international had been linked with Chelsea and Arsenal, but Fulham have secured his signature. Seri, 26, said: “I’m delighted to be here. It’s a new adventure that starts for me and I’m hoping it will all go well.” He arrives on a four-year deal and according to Sky sources Fulham have paid more than £30m for Seri and his Nice teammate Maxime Le Marchand, who is a left-back. Kenedy: Chelsea to Newcastle United
Another done deal is Kenedy’s move from Chelsea to Newcastle. The Brazilian winger returns to St James’ Park on a season-long loan deal. He scored two goals in 13 games on loan at the Toon last season. (Daily Mail)
Clement Lenglet: Sevilla to Barcelona
According to reports in Spain, Sevilla centre-back Clement Lenglet is set to sign for La Liga champions Barcelona. The 23-year-old Frenchman was a target for Manchester United. (The Sun)
Nabil Fekir: Lyon to Liverpool
Nabil Fekir’s transfer from Lyon to Liverpool may have fallen through last month, but it’s claimed that the French international has “reached an agreement that [Lyon president] Jean Michel Aulas will at least re-open talks with the Reds to explore the prospect of resurrecting his ‘dream’ move”. (Daily Mirror)
European giants target Brewster
Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are interested in Liverpool’s England youth international Rhian Brewster. The 18-year-old is yet to sign a professional contract at Anfield and talks are “dragging between his representatives and the Merseyside club about his future”. (The Sun)
Matteo Darmian: Manchester United to Juventus
Matteo Darmian’s agent has held talks with Juventus. The Manchester United and Italy defender is up for sale and the Old Trafford club will accept bids of around £17m. (talkSPORT)
