Man City target Isco and what does the future now hold for Pogba at Man Utd?
Premier League transfer news and rumours
City eye Isco
Manchester City are being linked with a move for Real Madrid midfielder Isco but it could take a huge bid to sign the Spaniard.
90min reports that City “will test Madrid’s resolve” with a bid of €86m (£77.3m) for the 26-year-old but the Spanish giants are unwilling to sell Isco for less than €100m (£89.9m) - the same price that Juventus paid for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Spanish newspaper AS says the Premier League champions have made initial contact with the player, who has fallen out of favour at the Bernabeu.
What next for Pogba?
Now that Manchester United have sacked Jose Mourinho does this mean that Paul Pogba will stay at Old Trafford?
Pogba and Mourinho’s relationship had hit rock-bottom this season and the French midfielder did not even make it off the bench during the 3-1 loss at Liverpool on Sunday.
After Mourinho was sacked this morning a cryptic tweet was sent from Pogba’s account saying “caption this” before it was deleted. Former United defender Gary Neville responded by saying to Pogba: “You do one as well.”
The World Cup winner has been linked with a move back to Juventus and according to the Daily Star the Italian champions are set to make a £125m bid.
Blues keen on Wilson
Chelsea assistant manager Gianfranco Zola has revealed that the club are interested in signing Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson. The Blues face the Cherries in the League Cup tomorrow and Zola said: “Certainly Callum Wilson is doing very well for his club and he is of interest, not just for us, but for many. He’s strong, fast, and he sees the goal. I like him because he’s quick, but also strong in the air, which is a very important quality.” (Sky Sports)
Trio track Tanguy
Lyon midfielder Tanguy N’Dombele is likely to remain with the French side in January despite interest from Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham. The 21-year-old has impressed in Ligue 1 and the Champions League this season. (Sky Sports)
Rabiot to leave PSG in January?
Paris Saint-Germain could cash in on Adrien Rabiot in the new year after the French club’s sporting director Antero Henrique revealed that the midfielder won’t feature until he commits his future. Rabiot, who is out of contract at the end of the season, won’t be signing a new deal with PSG and is linked with Liverpool and Barcelona. (ESPN)
Emery will assess options
Arsenal manager Unai Emery is weighing up his options ahead of the opening of the January transfer window. Emery’s side lost their 22-match unbeaten run on Sunday against Southampton and he said of potential signings: “Only if we think the players can’t help us with a good performance. January is not a good transfer window for this reason, but we are going to look and the club is working for transfers in January, but also we are in a [good] way. We are making progress with young players and giving them chances, and when we need to give them more chances to play and show their progress we are going to do that.” (Sky Sports)
Gunners prepare for Pepe battle
One player who could be heading to Arsenal is Lille winger Nicolas Pepe. The Gunners are favourites to sign the £45m-rated star but face competition from London rivals Tottenham and Chelsea. (Daily Star)
