New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) loves Bruce Springsteen. But does The Boss like him back?
That was the thorny subject Christie and a heckler broached during a town hall Tuesday, when the woman questioned why the governor still played Springsteen songs at his events. Springsteen had told Christie to stop publicly playing his songs because of their political disagreements, the woman claimed, though Christie disputed that allegation.
"I know Bruce, and I spoke to Bruce, and you're wrong," Christie said. And so it went, on and on.

Springsteen has mocked Christie in the past, notably tweaking song lyrics along with Jimmy Fallon to ridicule Bridgegate. However, he has not demanded the governor stop playing his tunes at rallies.
