Belgium's prime minister cheekily offers Obama a World Cup beer bet
Belgium Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo just threw down a World Cup gauntlet.
The United States faces Belgium on July 1, so Obama has a few days to decide whether to take Di Rupo up on his wager. My guess is he'll go for it, just like he did during the Sochi Olympics (that bet with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper did not work out so well for the U.S., as Canada won both hockey games at stake, and thus a case of America's finest brews).
