"For most people, the occasional piece of chocolate remains a safe and even healthy pleasure," concludes The Economist in its rundown of the health benefits of chocolate — as well as its "dark side" (too much can actually kill you, for example). But you probably already knew that. What's interesting about this video is its brief explanation of what it is about cacao and its delicious byproduct that can mend your heart (literally), protect your teeth, stop your cough, and other wondrous benefits that might quickly have you running to the corner store (or your cupboard).
