On Tuesday, David Letterman asked former President Bill Clinton for a percentage likelihood he would return to the White House as husband to the president, but Clinton didn't bite, exactly. "First of all, Hillary has to win the nomination," he said, explaining basic U.S. civics to Dave and the audience. "If she wins the nomination, she has to win the election. If she wins the election, the chances are 100 percent I'll move back.... if — wait, wait, — if I'm asked." Letterman laughed, asking what everyone's thinking: "You may not be invited?" Clinton nodded, adding, "I hope I'll be invited." But he got the last laugh. Watch below. —Peter Weber
