On Wednesday night, at the end of a NATO summit in Antalya, Turkey, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu took to the stage to thank the Enbe Orchestra for providing the musical entertainment. The band suggested one last song, "for peace," and this is the result:
NATO, of course, is not the world, but it's a closer representation than a bunch of American singers. Cavusoglu is the bald guy, locking arms with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias. Also on stage are NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg (the tall one) and European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini. Sadly (happily?), U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry had already left the summit by this point to return for President Obama's pre-Camp David dinner with Persian Gulf Arab leaders. And at least they didn't sing "Ebony and Ivory."
