Jeb Bush on climate change: 'Arrogant' to insist humans are to blame

Jeb Bush on Wednesday reiterated his belief that climate change is real, but added that those who believe the debate over whether humans are to blame are guilty of "intellectual arrogance."
"For the people to say the science is decided on this is really arrogant, to be honest with you," Bush said at a campaign event in New Hampshire. "It's this intellectual arrogance that now you can't have a conversation about it, even."
