Flash flood kills 2-year-old in Oklahoma

A two-year-old boy was swept out of his father's arms Wednesday in Ardmore, Oklahoma, after heavy rains triggered severe flooding, officials said.
The flooding was caused by Tropical Depression Bill, which is traveling northeast through Arkansas and Missouri into West Virginia. On Thursday, the boy's body was found by emergency workers, Reuters reports. A woman in central Texas was killed after losing control of her car while driving through the storm, and another person was killed in Missouri during flooding. Tropical Depression Bill is expected to weaken over the next few days, the National Weather Service says. It will likely dump between 2 to 4 inches of rain, but some areas could receive up to 12 inches.
