The Huffington Post is banishing all coverage of Donald Trump to its entertainment section

Donald Trump's foray into the political sphere was short-lived — at least at The Huffington Post. The website has decided to pull all its coverage of the Trump campaign from its politics page and relocate it to a new home: the entertainment section. Headlines about Trump's net worth "in excess of 10 billion dollars" and his skills as "a great builder," will now rest alongside headlines like "Kim Kardashian Shares Throwback Photo From That Nude W Shoot She Cried Over" and "This Dog Wants You To Know She's Had It With Ear Medicine."
In a note explaining their decision, Huffington Post Editorial Director Danny Shea and Washington Bureau Chief Ryan Grim call Trump's campaign "a sideshow" and refuse to treat it as anything more than an a headline-grabbing circus:
We won't take the bait. If you are interested in what The Donald has to say, you'll find it next to our stories on the Kardashians and The Bachelorette. [The Huffington Post]
