Team Sky British cyclist Chris Froome won his second Tour de France in three years Sunday. Due to rain, race organizers stopped the clock before the traditional 10 loops on Paris' Champs-Elysees Avenue.
He enjoyed a glass of champagne to celebrate while riding the 21st and final stage.

Froome was able to take the last stretch as slowly as he wanted, but he did need to finish to officially secure his victory. Colombian cyclist Nairo Quintana took the runner-up slot.
