Anyone who thinks that Donald Trump's comment about Megyn Kelly and "blood coming out of her wherever" was a thinly veiled reference to her menstrual cycle is "a deviant," Donald Trump said over the weekend — and Jimmy Fallon's "Donald Trump" echoed on Monday's Tonight Show. "I was not talking about hormones or menstruation — period." But that's just the set-up to a whole bunch of double entendres that "Trump" is shocked you "deviants" might misunderstand, like his (fictional) call for a foursome with Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, and Nicki Minaj.
