The Pittsburgh Steelers and the New England Patriots kick off the NFL season at 8:30 p.m. ET Thursday, so one very excited middle school in Springfield, Massachusetts has gone ahead and renamed itself in honor of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Tom Brady Middle School (formerly known as the more prosaic Forest Park Middle School) is operating for only one day by its new name in celebration of the season opener. All staff have been instructed to tell callers they've reached Brady High, and students and staff dressed in red, white, and blue — the Patriots' team colors — or wore Tom Brady jerseys to celebrate, MassLive.com reports.
