Stephen Colbert has some campaign advice

"We know his goal is to make America great again," one Donald Trump fan recently told GOP pollster Frank Luntz. "It's on his hat." That prompted this advice to Trump's presidential rivals from Stephen Colbert, on Thursday's Late Show: "If you ever want to have any hope of catching up with Donald Trump, I am strongly advising you to explain your campaigns using only headgear." He had wickedly witty hat ideas for Rick Perry, Hillary Clinton, and Sen. Lindsey Graham, but probably his best advice was for former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore, whom a woman in the audience couldn't identify for $100 cash: "I would recommend just wearing a hat that says, 'I Am Jim Gilmore'." For this and other campaign advice, watch below.
