After New York Times bestselling author Shea Serrano made over $533 in recent weeks selling bookmarks featuring popular rappers, he was inspired to give back. In a tweet on Thursday, Serrano outlined his plan: Adding his own money to the bookmark proceeds, Serrano took out $1,400 in $100 bills and decided to pass them out to low-income workers in the Houston area. He recorded the process on his Twitter feed:
