Hillary Clinton unfriends Donald Trump
In 2012, Donald Trump raved to Fox News that Hillary Clinton is "a terrific woman."
"I have known her for years," Trump said. "I live in New York, she lives in New York, and I've known her and her husband for years and I really like them both a lot." Even with a guest appearance at Donald Trump's 2005 wedding, Clinton made it clear to People Magazine in an interview taped before the Iowa caucus that she has never actually been friends with the Republican billionaire.
"We're not friends. We knew each other, obviously, in New York. I knew a lot of people," Clinton said. "I don't really care that much about what he says about me because I do see that as, you know, politics — not particularly the brand I approve of."

Clinton's daughter, Chelsea, also clarified her friendship with Trump's daughter, Ivanka. "I've never had a relationship with Mr. Trump. My relationship has always been with Ivanka and certainly I do believe that friendship is more important than politics […] I would never hold anyone accountable for what their parents or anyone else in their family said or did," Chelsea Clinton said.
