Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker was once considered a leading candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, but he ended his bid back in September. Seven months later, he's still fundraising in an attempt to pay off his campaign debts.

In an email sent to supporters this week, Walker maintained that he ran a "thrifty" campaign, despite spending about $90,000 each day on the campaign trail. In exchange for donations, he offered to send supporters a T-shirt (in a random size and color, thanks to limited resources) which can be used for "crafty things" if it doesn't fit.
