Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) made it clear on Monday that he does not plan on being Donald Trump's running mate, if asked.

In a statement, Rubio said that he still has "reservations" about Trump's campaign, and his "concerns" with many of Trump's policies "remain unchanged." Trump will be "best served by a running mate and by surrogates who fully embrace his campaign," Rubio continued. "As such, I have never sought, will not seek, and do not want to be considered for vice president." It would probably be difficult for the pair to work together, since Trump often referred to the senator as "Little Marco," and Rubio retorted by mocking Trump's "small hands" and spray tan.
