Donald Trump agrees with Hillary Clinton that he is the 'king of debt'
Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are in agreement on at least one thing: Trump is the "king of debt." As Clinton delivered a scathing speech in Columbus, Ohio, on Tuesday attacking Trump's economic policy proposals, Trump hopped on social media to confirm Clinton's claim that Trump knows a thing or two about debt. "He calls himself the king of debt and his tax plan lives up to the name," Clinton said. Trump responded:
Trump also unveiled a response via Instagram, in which he once again said that he's "made a fortune with debt," but that "debt for this country is a disaster." He implied that while Clinton and President Obama have increased America's debt, his experience with the matter would better equip him to handle America's finances:
