Authorities believe that the Cold Springs Fire raging in Colorado was started by one campfire gone awry. Two men, Jimmy Suggs, 28, and Zackary Kuykendall, 26, reportedly failed to properly put out a campfire that they lit overnight while camping. Winds and dry weather allowed the fire to continue smoldering, before it spread through the campsite.
The men have been arrested and face felony arson charges. The fire, which sparked Saturday west of Boulder, Colorado, has already burned 536 acres. Nearly 2,000 people have been evacuated and three homes have been lost. The wildfire is 0 percent contained.
