Trump calls on Justice Ginsburg to resign after she calls him a 'faker' with an 'ego'


Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's recent comments about Donald Trump seem to have gotten under his skin, leading the presumptive Republican nominee to send a tweet out early Wednesday saying she needs to resign.
"Justice Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court has embarrassed all by making very dumb political statements about me," he tweeted. "Her mind is shot — resign!" Trump was upset over a string of comments Ginsburg, known for her bluntness, has made about him, beginning last week during an interview with The New York Times. Ginsburg said she didn't "even want to contemplate" Trump appointing someone to the Supreme Court, and said her late husband would have suggested fleeing to New Zealand if Trump wins. Trump called the remarks "highly inappropriate" and said she should "apologize to the court."
Ginsburg did the exact opposite, going further in an interview with CNN published Tuesday. She called Trump a "faker" who has "no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego ... How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that."
