Donald Trump wants a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton

During a campaign rally Monday in Akron, Ohio, Donald Trump gave a wide-ranging speech that included calling for a special prosecutor to "investigate Hillary Clinton's crimes" and saying people can "go to war zones in countries we are fighting and it is safer than living in some of our inner cities that are run by Democrats."
The Republican nominee said the Justice Department has "proven itself to be a political arm of the White House," and that's why an independent special prosecutor needs to investigate Clinton's relationship to the Clinton Foundation and its donors. "In Hillary Clinton's world, we have one set of rules for her, and another set of rules for everyone else," he said.
Trump then turned his attention to minorities, telling the crowd, "I want every parent and child in this society — including every African-American and Hispanic citizen — to be able to live in a safe, thriving, and prosperous community." Clinton, he continued, "sees people of color only as votes and not as human beings worthy of a better future," and he pleaded for their support, asking, "What do you have to lose by trying something new?" Inner cities are ravaged by crime, he added, and if he's president, "you'll be able to walk down the street without getting shot."
