Huge crowds have converged across downtown Chicago for the Cubs' World Series victory parade. The celebrations are in honor of the first Cubs championship title in 108 years. The parade began in the North Side neighborhood of Wrigleyville, near the namesake stadium, and wound its way south to Grant Park for a free rally.

Laurie Winter, a fan from the suburb of South Elgin, told ABC she woke up at 4 a.m. to get a good spot with her 2-year-old son outside of Wrigley Field. "I think everyone is excited about where this team is going," Winter said. "We can't wait to see them come out and get crazy." The city expects more than 2 million people to attend the celebrations.
