The suspect in Tuesday's shooting at YouTube headquarters near San Francisco was a woman in her 30s, senior law enforcement officials told NBC News, and it appears the incident stemmed from a domestic dispute.
The woman, who died on the scene from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, walked up to an outdoor patio and dining area while people were eating lunch and opened fire, NBC News reports.
Three people were wounded in the shooting and rushed to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, with a 36-year-old man in critical condition, a 32-year-old woman in serious condition, and a 27-year-old woman in fair condition. A fourth person was reported by police to have been injured, but no details have been released on their condition.
