The fifth season of Arrested Development isn't quite ready to drop, but Bluth fans can sate their appetites Friday when a "remix" of season 4 is released on Netflix. What exactly is a television remix, you might ask? Showrunner Mitch Hurwitz explained Tuesday that season 4 "experimented with a Rashomon-style of storytelling — with each episode dedicated to the adventure of one member of the Bluth family." The remix is a recut and reshuffled version, a kind of "comedic experiment to see if new jokes and a new perspective would emerge from a remix that features all the Bluths in every episode, and where the simultaneity of the story plays out chronologically."

As for the long, long awaited season 5: It's coming "real soon," Hurwitz promises, adding: "Like, if you knew when, you would not be wrong to be thinking, 'Why are we all just hearing this now?'" Read the full announcement below. Jeva Lange
