There are going to be a lot of disappointed trick-or-treaters at Mark Sanford's house tonight

Rep. Mark Sanford (R-S.C.) seems determined to finish off his political career with a fizzle.
The lawmaker lost the Republican primary for his congressional seat earlier this year. And if Sanford had any hope of winning a write-in campaign, what he's handing out for Halloween will certainly end such naivete.
No, Sanford isn't even one of those detested neighbors who hands out apples or toothbrushes to trick-or-treaters. He's distributing pocket Constitutions in some sort of twisted reminder that even after a night of feasting on candy, kids still have to return to school the next day.

The former South Carolina governor once went missing from work for six days in 2009, later admitting it was because he went to visit his mistress in Argentina. If that weren't bad enough, he's now also shown he has no idea what fun is.
