This is what political TV ads are focused on where you live


Candidates in Utah's midterm elections races are unusually obsessed with the budget.
Meanwhile, candidates in South Dakota and Kansas care a lot about taxes. And only one chunk of Louisiana really wants to talk about the economy, a Bloomberg analysis of TV ads from Senate, House, and gubernatorial races across the country shows.
Based on analysis of more than 3 million midterm election ads, Bloomberg has found that health care is the most-discussed issue in 45 media markets across the country. It's the overwhelming pale green in the map Bloomberg put together to illustrate what candidates have talked about the most. Other issues seem purely local, like the "pro-Trump" rhetoric that dominates Tennessee and spills into surrounding states.
